What exactly is this service?

WASYH is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. This service is a space that connects you with independent law firms and organises the exchange of requests and documents between you and them, with your explicit consent. The contractual and professional relationship is directly between you and the firm.

What WASYH does not do

  • It does not itself provide legal advice.
  • It does not notarise your will or make it legally enforceable.
  • It does not set or collect fees.
  • It shares nothing from your will without your consent on each request.

How the service works

Six things worth knowing before you request a legal review.

What is WASIATY Legal?

A space where you can request a legal review of your will, a consultation, or guidance on official notarization procedures, through independent law firms whose basic credentials we've reviewed and verified for use on the platform. The legal service provider is the firm itself, never WASIATY.

WASIATY does not notarize your will

Storing your will digitally on our platform does not make it a legally enforceable document, nor a substitute for the official procedures required in your country. Any notarization or official procedure happens with the relevant authority, with the help of the law firm you choose if you need one.

Your data is never shared without your explicit consent

No data from your will reaches any law firm automatically. You choose the firm, specify exactly what you want to share, and give explicit consent before any sharing happens — and you can withdraw that consent at any time to immediately stop any further access.

Types of services

Legal review of a will, legal consultation, review of an existing document, document drafting by the firm, guidance on official notarization procedures, and follow-up on an official procedure where available. Not every service is enabled automatically — each one goes through review before it becomes available.

Fees and payment

Displayed estimated fees are indicative only; actual fees are agreed directly between you and the law firm. This is a pilot-stage model in its early phase, and no automatic financial settlement happens within the platform at this time.

Where is this service available?

Egypt is the first market for this service. Other countries may be added later, but legal services or notarization guidance won't be offered there until an independent local legal review has been completed for each country.

Request a legal review

A request starts from inside your account, where you choose the firm yourself and decide what to share.
